Source-E is operated by Aaron Booker (professionally known as Elijah Booker), a sole proprietor in Ohio ("Source-E," "we," "our," or "us"). We provide a platform that reviews and connects content creators and businesses with specialist service providers ("Shadow Operators"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and retain personal information when you visit our website, apply, use a dashboard, communicate, book a call, subscribe, or complete a transaction.
Depending on how you use Source-E, we may collect:
We collect this information from you, from another Source-E user when they communicate or transact with you, from publicly available professional sources such as social profiles, portfolios, creator pages, and business websites, automatically from your browser, and from providers such as Stripe and Cal.com.
Where European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or similar data-protection law applies, our legal bases depend on the activity: performing a contract or taking requested pre-contract steps for applications, memberships, matching, scheduling, and payments; complying with legal obligations for tax, accounting, fraud, and lawful requests; our legitimate interests in securing and improving Source-E, reviewing professional applications, administering relationships, and conducting proportionate business outreach; and consent for optional advertising measurement or where another activity specifically asks for consent. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting processing already completed. Where we rely on legitimate interests, you may object as described below.
Operator applications may be analyzed by the advisory Ultron vetting workflow using Anthropic Claude through Replit's managed AI integration. The service may process the applicant's name, application answers, and professional information to produce an internal score or recommendation for Source-E administrators, and that result may be stored with the application. AI output only assists human review; a human administrator controls approval, rejection, certification, and matching. Do not submit confidential information, government identifiers, financial credentials, health information, or other sensitive information that the application does not request.
Ready private-message attachments are analyzed only after a conversation participant expressly opts in for that attachment. Source-E may send extracted document text and approved images to Anthropic for advisory analysis, and may send an approved recording or a media audio track to ElevenLabs for transcription before Anthropic analyzes the transcript. Do not submit or analyze a recording unless you are authorized to share and process it. These services are not used to identify speakers or faces, infer emotion or sensitive traits, or make legal, financial, credit, insurance, employment, hiring, admission, or eligibility decisions.
We do not sell personal information for money. We may disclose information as follows:
Third-party services process information under their own terms and privacy policies. Their use of information may occur in the United States or other countries where they operate.
Message attachments are private workspace content. They are shared only with the intended conversation participants and Source-E personnel or providers who need access to operate, secure, moderate, or support the service. An attachment is not placed in the public directory, public profile, search index, or a public download area, and you must not treat a private upload as a public-sharing or publication feature. We cannot prevent a recipient from downloading, copying, forwarding, or otherwise disclosing content they can legitimately view.
Uploads may be processed by Source-E and Supabase, our database and storage provider, for storage, access control, delivery, backups, abuse prevention, and deletion. Source-E may perform automated malware and content-safety scanning and may use human review when a scan, report, legal request, or safety concern requires it. Scan results and storage-object identifiers are operational security data; they are not exposed in privacy exports or shared as attachment metadata with other users.
Do not upload files you are not authorized to share or files containing unnecessary sensitive information. We may quarantine, reject, remove, restrict, or report an upload that is malicious, unlawful, infringing, unsafe, unsupported, or inconsistent with these policies. Private status does not make an upload immune from moderation, legal process, security investigation, or a report by another participant.
Attachment intelligence is off by default and is independent of upload, scanning, delivery, download, and ordinary messaging. You may revoke consent and delete Source-E's advisory result without deleting the original attachment. Revocation prevents queued work and future provider disclosures; a provider request that already started may finish before the cancellation is observed and provider-held copies may remain under Anthropic's or ElevenLabs' own retention and security terms. Advisory output can be corrected through an append-only review history and is never promoted automatically into authoritative records or governed AI memory.
Source-E uses cookies or similar technologies needed for sessions, security, and requested features. Local storage may hold your consent choice and conveniences such as unsent message drafts. Optional Meta Pixel tracking loads only after you select "Accept" in the cookie banner. You may withdraw that consent by clearing Source-E site data in your browser and then selecting "Decline" when the banner returns. We also recognize an enabled Global Privacy Control signal as an opt-out of optional Meta Pixel tracking and advertising-related sharing. Browser settings can block cookies, but doing so may prevent dashboard or other requested features from working.
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above. The period depends on the nature of the information, whether you remain an applicant or member, the status of a match or transaction, security and dispute needs, and legal, tax, accounting, or payment-network requirements. For example, active account and match data is generally kept while the relationship is active; unsuccessful application and operational records may be kept to administer reapplications, prevent fraud, and document decisions; and transaction or tax records may be retained for the legally required period. Backups and provider-held copies may remain for a limited period after deletion. We do not promise that all information is automatically erased within 30 days.
When we complete a verified deletion request, we delete eligible newsletter records and remove or anonymize eligible application, profile, message, matching, vetting, attachment-intelligence, and guest-call data. We may retain a minimized record where it is needed for payment accounting, tax, fraud prevention, dispute handling, contract evidence, or another legal obligation. Provider copies may also remain with Stripe, Gmail, Cal.com, Anthropic, ElevenLabs, a connected calendar provider, or their backups under those providers' own retention rules. We record these exceptions with the request instead of promising a fixed deletion date we cannot guarantee.
For private message uploads, a verified deletion request records the immutable storage objects associated with the request before message or account data is anonymized. Source-E then requests deletion of the original file and generated derivatives, with safe retries where the storage provider supports them. If a provider or an operational failure prevents immediate removal, the request is placed into review and the remaining target or provider limitation is recorded; a deleted database row is not treated as proof that every storage copy has already disappeared. Backups, security records, moderation evidence, and copies retained by another participant may remain for the applicable retention period.
Public-prospect and outreach records are retained only as reasonably needed to evaluate fit, document permission and communications, administer a possible relationship, measure the limited outreach pilot, and comply with platform rules or law. If a person declines or asks not to be contacted, Source-E may retain a minimal suppression record so that preference can be honored rather than deleting the record and contacting the person again.
Depending on where you live and whether an applicable law covers Source-E, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a portable copy of personal information; to restrict or object to certain processing; to withdraw consent; to opt out of marketing, targeted advertising, advertising-related sale or sharing, or qualifying profiling; and to appeal a decision on a privacy request. We do not sell personal information for money. These rights may be subject to identity verification and legal exceptions, including records needed for security, disputes, transactions, taxes, or compliance.
To make a request, email sourcee4u@gmail.com from the address associated with your Source-E activity and describe your request. We may ask for additional information reasonably necessary to verify identity and locate records. We will not discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right. To stop promotional email or permission-based outreach, use its unsubscribe or decline method, tell the sender you do not wish to be contacted, or contact us. Transactional and service messages may continue while you use the service.
Every request must be verified through your private Source-E dashboard or a link sent to the email address on the request. An export covers Source-E-held applications, match and deal records, copied messages, AI vetting, newsletter records, guest-call records, and known provider-copy limitations. Deletion also checks the matched party's copied record so removing your information does not delete the other person's account.
Where permitted, an authorized agent may submit a request for you, but we may require proof of authority and direct identity confirmation. If we deny or limit a request, you may appeal by emailing the address above with “Privacy Appeal” in the subject line and explaining why you believe the decision should be reconsidered. We will respond within the period required by applicable law. You may also complain to the privacy regulator or supervisory authority where you live.
Submit the email you used with Source-E. We will send a verification link before making data available or completing deletion.
Source-E is operated from Ohio, United States, and its service providers may process information in the United States and other countries. If you access Source-E from another country, your information may be transferred to and processed in a country whose laws differ from those where you live. Where applicable law requires safeguards for a restricted international transfer, Source-E and its providers must use a legally recognized transfer mechanism or applicable exception. Contact us for information relevant to a particular transfer.
Making Source-E available internationally does not waive any non-excludable privacy or consumer right you have under applicable local law. Source-E is the controller or business responsible for the processing described in this Policy unless a provider's own policy identifies that provider as independently responsible for its processing.
We use administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect information, including HTTPS in transit, access controls, signed or hashed claim data where applicable, and managed service providers. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Protect dashboard links and credentials, and notify us promptly if you believe access has been compromised.
Source-E is intended only for people age 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Contact us if you believe a child has submitted information so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
Source-E may link to third-party websites or services that we do not control. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.
We may update this Policy as the platform or law changes. We will post the revised date and provide additional notice where required. Material changes apply prospectively from their effective date unless law permits otherwise.
