All deal payments run through Stripe Connect. The creator pays the agreed amount through Stripe; Stripe allocates Source-E's application fee and routes the remaining net proceeds to the operator's connected account. Source-E receives its application fee but does not provide escrow or hold the operator's net proceeds for dispute resolution.

Upwork vets nobody — you screen everyone yourself and operators fight bidding wars. Toptal and MarketerHire vet talent, but only serve companies, at enterprise prices. Source-E is built for the creator economy specifically, vets both sides, matches manually on merit, and only earns when a deal actually closes. Our incentive is your outcome.
Every match runs on a written Statement of Work agreed before anything starts. If a dispute arises, it must be raised within 7 days of delivery, and Source-E acts as a structured neutral mediator — this is a mediation process, not a financial hold.
Applications are typically reviewed within 48 hours. Once approved, your first match can happen within 48 hours after that — vetting quality is the only thing we won't rush.
Your membership's side rate is waived for your first 90 days, plus a founding member badge. It applies separately to the first 25 approved Creators and first 25 approved Operators. The matched party's side rate may still produce an application fee. After 90 days, your membership tier's current side rate applies: 5% Standard, 3.75% Pro, or 2.5% Elite.
