Terms of Service

Welcome to Source-E. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using Source-E.

1. About Source-E

Source-E is a premium matchmaking platform that connects content creators and businesses ("Creators") with specialist service providers including funnel builders, VSL writers, and webinar architects ("Shadow Operators"). Source-E facilitates connections and transactions between these parties but is not a party to any work agreement between them.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a legally binding contract to use Source-E. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

3. User Accounts and Applications

• All applications are reviewed and approved manually by Source-E
• Approval is at Source-E's sole discretion and is not guaranteed
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information in your application
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials

4. Platform Fees

Source-E charges a platform fee on transactions facilitated through the platform:

• Transaction fee: 10% of the total project value (5% from each party)
• Pro subscription: $49/month for enhanced features and priority matching
• Elite subscription: $149/month for premium features including done-for-you matching and strategy calls

All fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

5. Escrow and Payments

Source-E uses an escrow system to protect both parties:

• Creators fund the escrow before work begins
• Funds are released to Operators upon successful project completion
• Disputes must be raised within 7 days of project delivery
• Source-E acts as a neutral facilitator in disputes but is not liable for the outcome of work

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Circumvent Source-E's platform to conduct transactions outside the platform with matches made through Source-E (for 12 months after initial match)
• Misrepresent your skills, experience, or identity
• Harass, threaten, or engage in abusive conduct toward other users
• Use Source-E for any illegal purpose
• Post false reviews or engage in fraudulent activity

7. Intellectual Property

Work product created by Operators for Creators is owned by the Creator upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing between the parties. Source-E claims no ownership of work produced through matches made on the platform.

8. Disclaimers

Source-E is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• That any specific match will be found or will result in a successful project
• The quality, accuracy, or legality of work produced by Operators
• Uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Source-E shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the fees you paid to Source-E in the 3 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

Source-E may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms or for any reason at our discretion. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Source-E is incorporated. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration before being escalated to litigation.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Source-E after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. We will provide notice of material changes via email or a prominent notice on the platform.
