Creators trust Source-E with their revenue and their audience's data. That trust is only as strong as the operators behind it — so before anyone is matched, they go through a structured vetting process, not a form submission.
What happens between "applied" and "verified."
Every operator submits a proof-of-work walkthrough (a real link — a Loom, a past build, a live funnel) and a written response to a scenario brief, alongside their standard experience and portfolio details.
An admin scores the application across four categories before any approval decision is made — see the rubric below. Nothing is approved on gut feel alone.
The rubric score maps to a certification tier — Verified, Pro, or Elite — which is shown publicly on the operator's profile so creators know exactly who they're being matched with.
When a match is made, both sides receive an auto-drafted Scope of Work — suggested deliverables, timeline, and terms — so the relationship starts from a clear baseline instead of a blank page.
Four categories, scored 1–5 each, reviewed by an admin before approval.
How well the operator's stated experience aligns with the niches they want to serve.
Whether their skills, tools, and past builds reflect real technical capability — not surface-level familiarity.
The quality and credibility of the walkthrough and results they submitted — real evidence, not claims.
Clarity and professionalism in their scenario response — a strong signal for how they'll work with a creator.
